Steven Effler

About Me

I have work in the field of mental health for over 10 years. I have significant experience working with addictive personalities, trauma survivors, martial issues, racial issues, communication problems, depression, anxiety and grief. I am a firm believer of meeting people where they are and helping them see the value of change which can create an intrinsic desire. like the old story says, you can lead of horse to water but you cannot make him drink. This, is in fact true. I feel while we cannot make you drink, I can help you get thirsty enough to want to drink and then provide you with the life saving resources needed in the moment

I look forward to working with you, warm regards.
