Welcome, I am Stuart.
Connecting with me means having someone right away in your corner who is trained and dedicated to you, supporting you free of judgment, affording you the opportunity and space to tackle the significant challenges facing you right now! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas.
I help people overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and family challenges using straightforward, empathetic, and effective strategies. Providing customized needs-based treatment plans. Wherein, over the last six years, I have had the honor to work together with a diverse group of individuals, couples, and families. You want to feel better and are looking for support. Working together from a place of strength, we will find the solutions and develop your skills for a healthier future.
Originally from the United Kingdom, I immigrated to the US in 1999, and after serving in the US Army from 2005-2011, I was medically retired after sustaining injuries that prevented my further service to the country. Due to my military service, I was allowed to go back to school earning a BA in Psychology and MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling which has allowed me to continue to serve my community differently. Outside of work I regularly enjoy time with my family, reading, and adding to my movie collection.
Courage isn't the absence of fear but the sure knowledge that there is something more important that allows you to carry on. Therefore, thank you for your courage in reaching out! I look forward to responding to you in a professional, kind, and straightforward way and working toward helping you feel better and overcome your challenges.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Stuart Saint. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I was nervous about engaging with a service I didn’t know much about. Also not certain about the ability for the therapist to understand and respond to my unique cultural and social needs. In My first session these concerns were alleviated quickly with my therapists respectful and attentive qualities. As I shared some of biggest issues, the therapist carefully outlined processes, techniques and suggestions, always checking to make sure I understood. I am confident with the process and the high quality service the therapist provides. The techniques are effective and I look forward to continuing this work. The technology on the BetterHelp app and website is also of high quality; from scheduling to journaling and online comms its all working exceptionally well. On behalf of my family and future Thank you BetterHelp.

I appreciate Stuart always listening to me & addressing each detail and helps me work through each individual need I have. I have also received helpful tips from Stuart on helping with my anxiety, I feel I have actually made some decent progress within the last month that I’ve been working with him. I have high hopes that I’ll be able to work through a lot with him.
