About Me
I graduated from Loyola University with a Master's Degree In Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings and hold a Level 2 EFT practitioner certification with AAMET.
I have extensive experience working with women’s issues, anxiety and depression, substance abuse, grief counseling, relationship issues, divorce recovery and couples counseling.
Philosophy
When we strengthen the relationship with ourselves, the outer world becomes much more balanced and fulfilling.
I help my clients slow down and reconnect with our mind, body and spirit so they feel more confident to face life events with a more stable and hopeful core sense of self. I help clients achieve this through the use of insight oriented counseling, understanding life patterns and learning to reconnect to their bodies. I use a variety of methods such as creative visualization, breath work and Emotional Freedom Techniques, (EFT) which are based on the connection between your body’s subtle energies, your emotions and your health.
