I really love Dr. Pollington continue efforts to reach out despite my inconsistency on the chat. Her continuous reaching out has help me to un fold my willingness to seek for counseling even if it is for a small item or situation in my mind. Releasing that it is more than a small thing

Dr. Pollington is one of the best therapists I've had, and I've had quite a few. She is very attentive and listens to what I'm saying. Her responses are well thought out and always seem to help whatever situation I'm going through. I appreciate all the help she has provided to me and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Pollington has been great, and very accommodating, she's been very willing to hold my hand through the therapy process and helped me overcome my reluctance about therapy.

Dr. Pollington is a very intelligent counselor. I believe that she has helped me realize a lot about myself, and so far, she has mostly had me direct our conversations. My only complaint is that I'm not sure if she understands a lot of the issues I face, because they haven't been brought up in our conversations yet. Besides that, I know I've made a lot of progress with her help.

What a great format to connect with a counselor, because we can text back and forth through the secure portal! Sue is so insightful and supportive! Yet knows how to kindly make suggestions in a very kind way! She checks in on me often with texts, which really helps
keep me on track. Best counselor and best format with better help than I have had in the past 8 years. Was previously paired up
with Sue and was so excited to be able to work with her again. Thanks better help for your flexible format in connecting with mental health services, and for hiring a fantastic counselor in sue!

Dr. Pollington is available all the time and she checks in regularly between sessions. She’s a great listener and gives honest and direct feedback. She offers insights and tools to break the patterns or habits one has and is great to just talk to.

Dr Sue has been an amazing help and support system from our very first session. I wanted a therapist with extensive history in the field to provide a well rounded assessment and that is exactly what I received working with Dr Sue.

I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for an amazing therapist.

Dr. Sue has been amazing. She has taken the time to listen and allowed me to be in control of therapy. She has been supportive when I needed support and provided me a push when I needed that instead. I feel in the short time we have been talking I have already made progress on my goals and look forward to what I will continue to accomplish. Thanks Dr. Sue!

Dr. Pollington has been a great help to me in coping with some major life changes. I am coping with my emotions post-trauma and abuse. This is my first time working with a therapist in an ongoing basis and I am truly happy. My last attempts with a therapist always felt like a sales session, with my previous one listing all the things he could help me with, which in my mind became overwhelming because of my financial limitations. I have also made a personal commitment not to quit and to trust her experience in using client based therapy with me as a codependent. I get to practice choosing my own path and she is very patient in allowing me the time and space to reflect. The messaging system works well because whenever I am ready to message her, she is there with the right responses. I feel like she really is there with me on my journey. When I needed more assertiveness from her I asked for it and she delivered. We've been working together for less than a month so far and even with tough-to-accept feedback from her, I am very happy and would recommend her to anyone going through a similar experience as mine. Thank you Dr. Sue!
