Mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, trauma, stress related issues and relationship concerns can be treated with a variety of perspectives and techniques.
My approach with clients is collaborative, respectful, positive and supportive. Clients and I work together to find the approaches and strategies that meet their needs and their style. Theoretical approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Client Centered Therapy can all be valuable frameworks. Anxiety management, stress reduction and behavior analysis and modification strategies may also provide useful relief.
