I have been a therapist in the field for 24 years. I have specialized experience working with individuals who have problems with depression and anxiety. I also am licensed in treating people suffering with addictions of all kinds. I have also worked in a primary care office, aiding people who struggle with diabetes, hypertension and stress. I have experience working with people who are grieving and need support and comfort through therapy.
I believe that brief therapy that is solution focused works for most people. I want to help you find the solutions that will work for you. I do not stigmatize or shame anyone who has a problem. I have a very easy style and I offer support and encouragement. I use motivational interviewing along with solution-focused interventions to help you meet your goals. Together, we will design a treatment plan that addresses your specific concerns.
