About me

I am a Marriage and Family therapist licensed in California with over 16 years experience working as an individual and couple therapist. My clients have come to therapy struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, ADHD, career challenges, OCD, and addiction. I also help people who have experienced trauma, emotional abuse, and grief.

You will be treated with unconditional regard, warmth, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My style is interactive and collaborative. My approach combines humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical-behavioral therapies and your treatment will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.
