Ms Acevedo is a skilled, empathetic, insightful, and intelligent clinician who brings humor, kindness, and rigor to her therapeutic approach. In the short time I have received therapy from her, I have noticed improvement in my mood and affective states: I am ruminating less, experiencing less catastrophic thinking and fatalistic thinking, less dissociation, and less depersonalization.
