For the past 23 years, my practice has been focused on helping people heal the trauma in their life that leads to anxiety, depression, poor decisions lack of meaning and purpose and difficult relationships. I graduated from USC and Antioch University and attend trainings that teach leading edge techniques. We'll address what's going on in your brain that lead to you engaging in unhealthy behaviors and self- sabotaged experiences. We'll discuss what happens inside your body when fear takes over so you can learn how to quickly calm down and you will gain resilience to have the courage to meet the demands of reality. I am licensed both in CA & Hawaii where I meet with individuals, couples and tween and teenagers. I believe the best way for clients to meet their goals in treatment and feel positive in their pursuit of a quality life is to offer a 3 tiered approach: Education, Accountability and Support.
