I worked with Suzan for several months during a time when I was undergoing caregiver burnout and some family dynamic issues. Suzan has a background in senior care facilities and her knowledge about these facilities was very helpful in navigating this journey with my parent. She was a great listener and had very actionable advice that helped me get through a very difficult situation in my life. I will continue to use her advice to maintain a healthier outlook on life!

Suzan is warm, empathetic, and energizing. She listens actively but also provides exercises, advice and encouragement for taking next steps. I was impressed at how quickly we got to the heart of some things I need to work on, and how focused her recommendations are. Telehealth video sessions are perfect for my needs, and Suzan is very available outside regular business hours.

Suzan has been a fantastic therapist. When I first started therapy, she was very patient with me understanding my problems, and providing the right tools and resources to help me with these difficult times. She also helped me with understanding why I've been feeling the way I am and it helped me better understand things to better move on from my jealousy issues. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and would work with her again in the future
