Last night was my first therapy session I am 33 years young and I have never had therapy before. I kind of grew up in the '90s and that was kind of a time where we just were taught to deal with our things we didn't really talk to it other people about it .When I tell you that I love my therapist with all my heart already and there's only been one session. I love everything about her I am amazed the weight that's lifted off me and it is literally only the first 30 minutes session. She was very happy to see me which I liked she was very upbeat very nice very polite very thoughtful. She is very encouraging and that's what I needed in a therapist I am so beyond happy with this experience.
