After working with Suzanne for 1-2 sessions, I knew she was a great match to council me. She is honest, empathetic and clearly focused on goals. We tackled everything from self esteem, self love, relationships, professional goals, personal goals, and best practices to enjoy life and feel accomplished.
When I started therapy I was feeling insecure, had lots of self blame, lacked the ability to focus and struggled to feel “happy”. Suzanne kept the focus on my goals, setting healthy expectations, reminded and encouraged me to celebrate the small wins (they add up) and provided simple tools and methods that are now second nature to me. I’ve accomplished everything that came my way and more, almost like unlocking a door to a path I knew was there but couldn’t seem to find it.
I could not recommend Suzanne more! For those who are struggling to balance relationships and goals both personal and work, Suzanne taps into your strengths and empowers you to be the solution. Best to you and your journey!

This was my first experience with counseling and it was a joy! I loved talking with Suzanne and getting her prescriptive. She guided me through friendship, marriage, parenting, and relationship struggles. I worked with Suzanne through a tough career decision and she helped me figure out what I truly wanted and what steps I needed to get there. It was such a blessing to know she was always there to listen and understand, but also there to push me out of my comfort zone and ask me the hard questions. Working with her ultimately led to less anxiety, better routines & rhythms, and healthy relationships. Can’t thank her enough!

Suzanne is easy to talk to. She is warm and can appropriately show how she relates to my situations and concerns. She helps me see my challenges from a different perspective which helps me plan for finding my way around them.

Written by A.M. on Sep 27, 2021 after therapy with Suzanne for 5 months on issues concerning stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and compassion fatigue

Suzanne is a kind genuine and knowledgable human. She is very responsive in times of need and always has the best advice and knows what to say. I don't know how I would have gotten through the most traumatic relationship experience without her. She was a true blessing for me!

Written by C.H. on Aug 29, 2021 after therapy with Suzanne for 4 months on issues concerning eating disorders

Suzanne is warm, welcoming and tactfully direct at the same time. I have worked with other counselors and find Suzanne definitely has a talent for helping you get to the route of what you want and uncover the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. She is consistent and helps you move forward by listening to your past but reminding you it’s time to let go. I would recommend Suzanne highly to anyone who is sick of hiding from their potential and wants to really make change in their life. She has really helped me grow.

Written by E.M. on May 24, 2021 after therapy with Suzanne for 1 month on issues concerning stress, anxiety

Suzanne has really helped me managing my anxiety. I use the techniques she gave me on a daily basis. She also had me talk through a new job opportunity, realize I was excited (more than anxious) about it and decide to move forward. She also provided me some great talking points on communication with colleagues and family about the new position. Would definitely recommend Suzanne!

Work with me!
