About me

I am licensed in Northern California and have an office in Berkeley California. I have been practicing psychotherapy for over thirty years. I have worked with a diverse group of people with various backgrounds. Helping those with depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ issues, addiction issues and relationship challenges. I teach Non Violent Communication as I believe that language is most empowering regardless of your issue.

You can expect me to walk with you through whatever challenges you are facing and learn more about yourself as you become more conscious of the way you interact with the world around you. I use phone and text to connect with those I work with and my times are week days during the afternoons from 1pm to 6pm. I also have a Spiritual orientation similar to that of Marriane Williamson which helps to listen to one's inner voice and guidance. Higher Power is defined in many ways and respected through many disciplines. The feedback I give is always caring, non judgmental and honest. It takes courage to seek out Mental Health Counseling and I hope to be someone trustworthy of your courage.
