I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, life transitions, self esteem, and depression. I believe in meeting individuals where they are at in their journey to assist in reaching desired goals. I have gained invaluable experience working in community mental health settings and providing therapy to individuals with various diagnoses.
