About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania, and a board-certified professional counselor (NCC). I have studied at Temple University in Philadelphia PA and Liberty University in Lynchburg VA. I have been practicing in a community mental health setting for the past seven years, which has given me extensive experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), as well as significant experience with dissociation and personality disorders. I have training and vast experience in behavioral psychology and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. This combination has helped me assist individuals with a wide array of challenges, including those who are not fully aware of their challenges or goals.
