A little about me - I earned my Social Work degrees from The Florida State University - Go Noles! My career started in the area of child welfare dependency services, foster & adoptive family training/support, VA/military services, and eventually mental health therapy and counseling with at risk children, adults, and couples. I specialize in challenges related to minority issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions & change, family conflict, relationship/couples issues, anger management, and more. With over 10 years of experience I am truly committed to my clients.

Using evidence based modalities, you can be assured of my approach of being discrete, non-judgmental, and compassionate.
