About me

Greetings! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wyoming. I have over 10 years' experience working within multiple state mental health and substance abuse agencies; including the penal system. My experience has taught me how essential counseling can be when trying to navigate the complexities of the human experience. I have learned a great deal about myself and others by choosing counseling as a career. There is nothing so fulfilling as building a trusting, therapeutic relationship. Together, we can resolve feelings of uncertainty, shame, blame or guilt with compassion to heal emotionally, spiritually, and physically. The capability of the human spirit to leave behind grief, trauma, abuse, anxiety, stress, and depression is phenomenal!

Once we take the first step to face our challenges and learn the benefits of gaining strength from our struggles; the wisdom that comes from those struggles will lead us in the direction to obtaining self-love, self-compassion, and self-understanding. Then, we can be the authentic individual we were created to be!

The tools that I have in my toolbox, include Cognitive Behavior therapy, Motivational therapy, Solution Focused therapy, and most importantly, Compassion Focused therapy. Each one of us are learning how to live our best life; especially, in the current world we live in. I am available per phone, messaging, and video. Counseling is an opportunity for you to step out of the isolation of feeling alone when facing diversity, life changes, or healing from life wounds. Together, we can create the life you have always desired; by building your own personal toolbox to help you 24 hours a day, 24 hours a week!

Take a deep relaxing breath and begin the journey of counseling to become the Captain of your own Ship and reach the personal destination you were meant for!
