Hello! Welcome to my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has over 6 years as a therapist in the mental health field. I also have a Doctoral Degree in Social Work. I have worked with individuals with a range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, family conflict, Bipolar and ADHD.

My treatment approach includes, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. I am a person centered therapist because I believe in meeting your unique and specific needs. It is important to for me to create a nonjudgmental environment and build a trusting relationship. I have been speaking with Dr. Hill since June 2021 and I can honestly say that my outlook on life has really changed for the better since then. Prior to then, I've never worked with a therapist and didn’t know what to expect. I feel very comfortable talking to Dr. Hill, which was a major factor in the progress I've made in managing my anxiety (which I've struggled with for 20+ years). She aligns our sessions with the goals I set for myself, making this feel like a collaborative process rather than "treatment". This was my first experience with therapy, and I was expecting it to be heavy, serious, and mostly focused on dredging up past experiences. Instead, through what felt like casual conversations, I was able to identify big issues that hold me back in the present and resolve them, which immediately improved my life.
