I've had other online therapists before, but they always made me feel like I was either too much or it felt very cookie cutter, here do a worksheet. Tammy listens to me and empathizes and is teaching me to be better for myself. She challenges my internal monologue in a way that is teaching me to challenge it on my own. She's very warm and understanding and what we've worked on so far has been invaluable to my mental health.
