My approach to counseling is based on the idea that you know more about your life than I do. My role is to assist you in organizing your thoughts, goals, and feelings in the direction you choose. You are the expert of your life.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and couples who identify with humanist values, and those who may be struggling with their current beliefs. I have experience working with people regarding depression, anxiety, substance abuse, mental illness, and relationship issues.
