About me
I provide therapy to individuals and couples experiencing stress, addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression symptoms using a variety of treatment approaches including CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution Focussed Therapy. I teach communication skills, anger management, and provide treatment to enable people to improve their lives and relationships, better connect with others, themselves, and reach meaningful life goals. I've worked in private practice, for the military, and for private non-profit organizations for over 18 years as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
Our life experiences impact how we think, feel, and act. It is so helpful to understand how our beliefs and experiences shape us and how important it is to gain skills, support and care for our mental wellness as well as our physical wellness.
