Tara is a great professional! She has great patience and listens.m attentively. Even if you have a different opinion from her, she attempts to understand the root cause. She also is able to help you draw conclusions and correlations that you never saw yourself. It’s been a pleasure being her client. I have come a long way and didn’t even realize it. Plus she is so friendly and incorporates the spiritual aspect that is needed. Thank you!

Healing is a tricky thing. Sometimes you think you're good, and then the most random things can trigger you. That's what happened to me after moving on from an emotionally abusive relationship where there was a lot of gaslighting present, and Tara gave me all the support and guidance that I needed in a comforting way. She met me where I was and helped me get to where I wanted to be. I am so grateful for that. I feel equipped to keep moving forward with confidence on my healing journey.
