This world can be hard and confusing, but is also beautiful and rewarding! My job as your licensed professional counselor is to help you relate more authentically to yourself, others and the world while making choices for your own safety and growth at the pace that's right for you. I focus on your strengths, reframing limiting beliefs, trusting the wisdom of your feelings, understanding the intelligence of patterns, and relating without judgment.

I have experience working with: individuals, groups, and families; children, youth, and adults; LGBT, religious diversity, and people of color; people recovering from eating disorders; severe trauma; anxiety, depression, OCD.
