I believe that awareness about your unconscious motivations together with non-judgmental attitude and compassion to yourself and others are main keys to fulfilled and happy life.
My approach to psychotherapy is based on a combination of Eastern philosophy and Western science. Trained in both traditional scientific and alternative spiritual approaches to psychotherapy, I use a variety of ways to help my clients address life complications they experience. Having traveled the world, and having lived in different countries, I have experience working with culturally diverse clients. Having a professional background in linguistics, I pay particular attention to the effect that the language people use has on their worldview and their psychological well-being. My style of therapy is direct, and I call things by their names. At the same time, I am gentle and understanding of internal processes you go through.
