Dr. Tatum Siebert

(PsyD, Licensed, Psychologist)

About Me

Welcome! I am Dr. Tatum Siebert and I am a psychologist licensed in Massachusetts and Kansas with over 5 years of providing individual therapy to adults and adolescents. No matter what you may be going through, I am here to provide support, compassion, and help. Regardless of whether you may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I work with you to discover and accept your own strengths and how to effectively use them to live a more meaningful life. I believe that change, although uncomfortable, can help people recognize their strengths and develop a strong self-awareness.

I have worked in community mental health, college/university counseling settings, and private practice to help clients with a range of concerns including depression, emotional eating, stress/anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is integrative. I incorporate my skills in attachment and psychodynamic theory, interpersonal psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to tailor our session to your specific needs. I also utilize solution-focused techniques in therapy, if they're a good fit.

I provide live phone and chat sessions in addition to text-based services. Unfortunately, I do not currently have availability for video sessions. If you are interested in setting up a live phone or chat session, feel free to look at my schedule and sign up for a time that works for you!

I firmly believe that every person has the potential to change through new experiences and understandings of themselves and others. I look forward to supporting and working with you through this journey!

I like how she has me question myself or gives me a question to think about regarding my current and past situations. She aids in self-reflection and adjustments with care. Highly knowledgeable and great at communicating. She and I have been through a lot and I appreciate everything she has done.

Dr. Siebert has helped me by giving me great tools and support to work through my issues. I am very new to this, but knowing that I can send her a message when I encounter those problems in my life has helped me out tremendously.

Dr. Siebert has been extremely helpful. I was given one key piece of advice, that many had told me in my life, but I never fully understood that helped me through a difficult time, and allowed me to end up on the "right side" of things. I believe we will have a long term relationship and will continue to seek her out for advice.

Dr. Siebert has been kind, understanding and supportive to me during our messaging/counseling sessions. She is able to help me look at things in a new way and identify root causes for certain behaviors that I never would have thought about on my own. Because of her, I am looking at ways to change my thoughts and choices, in the hopes to have a better future for myself.

She's cool She's responsive and insightful, and, as I have a bad habit of not getting back in touch, she reaches out, which is why I switched from my previous counselor on betterhelp.

Dr. Siebert has been very responsive when I communicate with her. While we are new to working together, I believe her goal is to help me be better and provide guidance to understanding the things which have long been issues with me.
