I had a lot of concerns when first signing up for BetterHelp as I've only ever done in-person counseling in the past, and I had trouble finding a counselor who would assure me they wouldn't let any prejudices the lifestyle choices with which a lot of the issues I needed to talk about revolve around get in the way. Taylor was very understanding about my concerns and very quick to establish trust between us, and I feel very comfortable opening up with her and I can already see myself starting to make progress with some of the cognitive dissonance I've been dealing with. Taylor puts in a lot of effort beyond just our live sessions, I really feel like I'm getting a lot with her despite my initial dislike of BetterHelp's setup for 30 min sessions. I have a lot of confidence in her efficacy as a counselor, more than I've ever had at only 3 sessions in with another counselor.

Taylor has been a great counsellor so far she is understanding and listens without judgement. It is great to be able to text her in between sessions to talk through issues that are happening in real time.
