About me

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in New Mexico with experience working as a psychotherapist. I earned my Bachelors and Masters degree from the Alabama A&M University in Normal, Alabama. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, substance use, and post traumatic stress disorder.

I believe in meeting the clients where they are and working from strengths perspective. My approach combines client centered, cognitive-behavioral, and motivational interviewing. I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek help and break the stigma surrounding mental health. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” - Carl Rogers

She's completely wonderful. I feel comfortable talking to her and she is already helping me figure out how to handle some difficult situations in my life. She's a great person and I feel lucky to have gotten her for my therapist.
