It is with great joy that I have the opportunity to serve you. There is nothing more rewarding than partnering with others to do life-changing powerful work. I hold academic degrees in both Psychology and Clinical Social Work. In addition to being licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

I am the founder and owner of Covenant Counseling Services, LLC. where my mission is to partner with my clients to promote insight and empower WHOLE LIFE transformation. As a skilled therapist and coach, I have over 10 years experience providing proving strategies to overcome emotional, behavioral, and mental health barriers to well-being. I have served men, women, and couples ranging from ages 18-65. I utilize diverse holistic approaches including traditional therapeutic frameworks (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Strengths-Based/Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy), Mindfulness, and Faith-Based approaches.

Whether you are in search of meaning, purpose, significance or seeking to overcome depression, anxiety or the stress of challenging situations in life, change is possible. My goal is to meet my clients where they are and develop strategies that empower them to walk in WHOLENESS and live the life they desire and deserve.

In the short period of time speaking with my counselor Teneka, I find her to be very relatable as if I am discussing issues with a family member or friend. She makes me feel comfortable in who I am and does not judge.
