Conversations are different with someone who knows how to listen and make us feel seen. I am well trained in several approaches which allows us to use the techniques that resonate best with you. That being said, I still like to center my mind with a solution-focused strength-based approach. Rather than get stuck in the problem I like to focus on what we want to achieve. From there we can start to explore the obstacles standing in our way. My role as your therapist is to create a relationship that you can use for your own personal growth. In the space that we create, we will identify your potential for healing, discover what’s been keeping you stuck, and help you move out of survival mode and into a place or improved health, meaning, and peace. Many people lose sight of how truly resilient they are currently being. I can help with that. I have both a bachelors and masters in psychology and am in my 15th year working with clients.
