Terrell is by far the best therapist I have ever had. He is down to earth, but professional and asks great questions. He makes all of the homework/practices applicable and keeps track of concerns and feelings very well. I feel empowered after getting off the phone with him and like I can be vulnerable and myself for once in therapy. I highly recommend him. As I work through my relationship and rebuilding my confidence and distress management skills, I’m glad to be working with him.
