About me
I received a Master of Science degree in clinical mental health from Milligan College in 2018. I have experience working in public and private schools as a teacher and school counselor and in community mental health and private practice as a therapist. I am interested in working with adults facing transitions and life challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Using an integrative therapeutic approach, I am committed to working with my clients as they overcome obstacles and realize their personal goals. I believe a productive and satisfying life is found in relationships and I offer support for those who find themselves alone or having difficulty with relationships.
