For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and families move through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and ADHD. I also have experience working with people who are experiencing burnout, and overwhelm with life transitions. My passion is guiding clients out of survival mode and into a place of clarity, connection, and emotional resilience.
I specialize in solution-focused and emotionally focused therapy—two powerful, research-based approaches that help clients quickly identify what’s not working and begin making meaningful change. I aim to create a space where every person feels safe, seen, and heard.
My clinical lens is deeply systemic, meaning I help clients understand not just what they feel, but why—considering relationships, identity, culture, and life experience. From there, we work together to build healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and practical strategies that support long-term healing and growth.
