Most people simply want to be heard, validated, and not judged, while working through their challenges. I pride myself on listening and being a guiding force to help individuals and families get to a healthy space. I begin where you are and tailor my treatment approach to your needs. I aim to help you arrive at insight and strategies needed to make the necessary changes in your life. I am interactive in that I like to provide you with immediate and long term tools to make positive life long changes.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana. I received my Masters of Social Work degree from Southern University at New Orleans. I am supportive, honest, nonjudgmental, and direct. My clients seem to like this approach! It would be a privilege to undergo your counseling journey with you.

Terry is fantastic. Full stop.

She is kind, listens when you need to vent and recognises patterns in behaviour that I was oblivious to for years. I'd highly recommend Terry.

Terry doew her best to be available when asked and listens well amd tries to keep me focused on what the goal is.
My only criticism would be that she does not have the level of experience to understand fully my previous experience of psychoanalytical therapy and relating that to my current circumstances.

Terry is amazing, I told her from start what I like and didn't like, she really listened. She's able to find small details in situations that I have by which are really helping me understand myself as a person and my problems. Further than that, she explains them to me in a way that I feel understood, listened and most importantly, not judged. I absolutely recommend her!

She's great. Really understanding and comforting. Knows exactly what to say im response to my concerns and extremely caring. I also finish my sessions with so much clarity and weight off my shoulders and understanding a little better than the day before how to navigate through life in a healthier way for myself.
