About me

I am a Licensed Counselor in NC and MD. I have worked with clients with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, sexuality, career conflicts, and many other important concerns. I have also helped many people who have experienced conflicts with identity and religious affiliations, and race-based Trauma.

My counseling style is warm, empowering, and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and mindfulness counseling. I will tailor our conversations to fit your direct needs.

I will be available to support you by checking my messages every 2 hours. I know this process takes a lot of courage and I look forward to beginning this journey with you.
