Thank you for beginning this journey towards your path to healing and self-discovery. The decision to seek therapeutic service can be overwhelming, therefore it is my goal to make therapy an inviting place where every single part of you is welcome, even the parts that may be uncomfortable to share. As your therapist, I will strive to create a non-judgmental environment where you feel accepted and safe to express your feelings and emotions. I understand that initially it can be difficult to talk to someone you don’t know; however, I would like to reassure you that this process is here to benefit you by providing an environment of encouragement and personal growth. I would like to share a little bit about myself and my role as your therapist. My name is Thais Harris and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida who earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Social Work. Thais Harris is amazing!
She is amazing in every way possible! I trust talking to her.
Thais is so lovely and such a validating therapist! I feel so much better talking to her, and she always has great insights and suggestions on how to move forward.
First off, I commend her for having the patience to listen to me “verbal vomit” everything going on with me at the speed of a race horse! Her energy is very calm and perceptive. I have no doubt that once I complete filling her in on all of my concerns/issues, that she will have more time to give me more insight and advice. Overall, I’m enjoying my sessions with her and look forward to them every week!
I am very satisfied with the counselor and treatment. Thank you.
I can feel her caring energy through the phone. She really listens and then has you focus on certain minor things at a time to promote self care.
I can’t recommend Thais highly enough. She has helped me (& is still helping me) get through the most painful and challenging time of my life.
Thais has been a life saver! She is an amazing sounding board with a wealth of knowledge about how the past can effect us now. She has helped me stay grounded during a transitional time in my life. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an empathetic person who can also realistically guide you in a better a direction.
Thais Harris is a very helpful, open-minded counselor who doesn't judge you. She listens, and gives you practical worksheets to do. Those are helpful to refer back to , and are super easy to do.
Thais is everything I could have asked for in a counselor. She listens, is encouraging, and is very uplifting. Thais provides an appropriate level of challenge for me and has helped me learn a lot about myself. She provides recommendations and worksheets so I can keep working on things outside our therapy sessions. She’s also responsive to messages and is willing to see me extra if needed. I highly recommend her to anyone!
Ms. Harris is compassionate and respectful. She responds quickly to messages and offers practical worksheets.
