She is great, understanding, gives great worksheets and is super positive.
I’ve been working with Thelma due to my anxiety and depression and grief following my mom and dad passing away last year. I picked her a for her insight and experience in these areas and I’m glad i did. Thelma has been responsive and so helpful throughout the last three weeks as I have been working on the assignments she’s given me and have been able to see some growth. Her support and words of encouragement have been of such importance in my journey. I had reservations about online counseling but feel this had been very beneficial for me and my schedule as well as the changing of our world at this time. It is helpful to have had this in place when restrictions have been placed on travel and social distancing. Thank you Thelma for all your help!
I’ve found Thelma to be respectful, responsive and compassionate.
Thelma is wonderful so far. It’s still early on, but I greatly appreciate the support she has provided. Very professional and astute.
Thelma is insightful and helpful. She listens and responds nicely and with understandings of addiction and when people are upset.
Thoughtful and pragmatic. Caring and sensible- I highly recommend Thelma.
Even though Thelma and I been working together for just a bit over two weeks, I can see some progress and the value of her help.
Thelma is a lovely therapist who has and is still helping me with my self care and learning how to let go of the past, focus in the present and learn that others’ negativity are not my own. She is helping me to be more aware of myself, know what I like, don’t like and to get better in loving and taking care of myself.
I’ve only worked with Thelma for a short period of time but she has been very helpful thus far. My biggest concern about counseling was that I would not be provided actual tools to help overcome the obstacles in my life. Thelma has eliminated that concern by helping me dive deeper to better understand the source of my problems and how I can work through them. I highly recommend working with her!
Thelma had been extremely helpful with my issues. I had minor depression but the whole time she had been patient, attentive, listened to whatever situation I brought up, and made sure to understand the whole spectrum of things in order to help. She gives positive feedback and constructs very useful advice. After all this time talking to her, I felt much better. I was able to collect more of my courage and create new opportunities for myself to face the challenges. Thanks again!
Thelma is a true professional. She helped me get back on track with my life – I have stopped projecting and spinning and projecting. She listened, she offered excellent advice and she helped me learn how to live in the moment. Wherever you are in your life, I am certain Thelma can help you.

She is wonderful. An ear when it is needed. Hope when things seem bleak.
Thelma is a fantastic therapist and helped me so much in the past 2 months when I was in the crisis. She taught me useful coping strategies and provided me helpful materials to help me through the life difficulty. Without her I would not be this functional now. I hope she will keep spreading her kindness to other patients and help them go through difficulties in their life!
She has been very nice.
Wonderful therapist, listened to my issues, was very kind, and had great insight. Highly recommend.
Thelma is very professional. She listens patiently and try to understand the issue, she uses her experience and knowledge to help. I feel supportive and ease (much relax) after having weekly schedule talking with her.
I have had only a hand full of meetings with her so far but having someone to talk to and help me with my problems has helped.
She's a great person.
Thelma did a great job helping me realize an issue that was bringing me down. I feel as though I know many of my issues and just need help addressing them but she helped reveal something to me that I was unaware of.
