Since everyone is an individual, I will work with you to design a personalized treatment plan to meet your goals. I am non-judgmental, empathetic and incorporate a sense of humor into our session. If your ready to take the first steps toward making changes, i would love to help you achieve those changes. I take appointments in the evenings and weekends to accommodate working adults.
