About Me

I have extensive experience with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, relationship issues, depression and substance abuse issues. I work with clients to find workable solutions to what brings you to counseling. Clients usually see me for three to six sessions on average.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify how your thoughts can impact your feelings and behaviors. I will work closely with you to resolve your issues in a prompt and caring manner.
I am licensed as a marriage & family therapist and clinical social worker. Additionally, I am a certified substance abuse counselor. I bring over 30 years of clinical experience from across the country. I will tailor my practice to your specific needs. One size does not fit all.
