About me

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, which has taught me powerfully about the infinite worth of all people, and that all of us will have struggles in this life that can be transformed into ways to help us grow and become so much more than we currently are. At times we may feel like there is no hope, but I know that there are always answers to help us improve and grow.

I have had success in helping adults work through their challenges by supporting them to take what successes they have had in their past, and strengths they already have , and modify them to fit their newest life challenges. Even though that currently may seem to much too work with. I use a variety of cognitive, supportive, and experiential methods to engage the person in renewing their creative potentials and find improved problem solving and quality of life renewal. I come from a wide background of experiences and settings to bring to use in supporting my clients.

One particular method that I have helped others find great success with is through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which is a hybrid cognitive and mindfulness process that enables the person to get free of unsuitable and non life affirming thought patterns and behaviors in favor of what will actually make things better. I bring my understandings to the counseling process to help the client find their own particular way of improving life. It will be different for each of us and, at the same time I will be learning from the client what works for them and how they think and work on things and from that help them fine tune their creative life success plan.

We can communicate by texting which can be done any time and I will get back to within that day, sometimes more than once. Or we can do real time chatting, phone calls, or video meeting. You can find my schedule of appointments that are available on my web page. Feel free to select the one that fits you best.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Thomas Eno. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Thomas always finds a way to take what feel like complex emotions and issues and make them manageable. I feel like he’s given me a solid toolbox that is useful in many aspects of my life—even outside of the questions and issues I’ve brought to him.

I really appreciated the amount of counseling experience Thomas was able to bring to the table. I thought he had a good balance between letting me take the lead on things when I wanted to and providing direction when I needed it. I never felt condemned or judged, and I felt challenged. I highly recommend him! The only reason I'm switching is that our scheduled happened to not mesh. No fault of either of us.
