Thomas Mittelsteadt, LPC
About me
I am a dual licensed therapist working out of Oshkosh Wisconsin. My specialty is working with people suffering from chemical and behavioral addictions. As a dual licensed therapist I will work with people dealing with Bipolar, Borderline, Antisocial Personality Disorders, anxiety, depression and more. Mental health and addiction issues are intricately linked together for a vast amount of people. I use CBT, DBT, REBT, positive and supportive psychology, and psychoeducation to help people to create a productive and happy recovery. I focus on relapse prevention of both addiction and mental health issues and people learn how to prevent and/or manage their symptoms from occurring or occurring as often. I offer a safe, positive space to find the motivation to overcome life's obstacles.
