I am a independent licensed social worker in Massachusetts who has over ten years of experience working in this field. I received my undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and my Master's Degree in Social Work, both from Salem State University. I have worked with justice involved youth and adults as well as those who have struggled with substance abuse amongst other presenting problems. I enjoy identifying the problems behind these issues, including depression, anxiety, stress and trauma, and work to replace maladaptive behaviors with healthier coping strategies to live a happier and more fulfilled life.
