I'm only a few weeks in, but so far he has been great. I love that he explains his techniques to me as he uses them. Helps me help myself.

I came into Better Help believing I needed a female therapist to understand my misery with the gendered roles my husband and I had assumed in our relationship; however, after reading glowing reviews from women about Thomas --about his ability to connect and counsel so positively and supportively--I decided to give him a chance. And I'm so glad I did. He is warm, positive, highly perceptive, funny, non-judgmental, intelligent, and very experienced. He is providing such high quality therapy that I, honestly, didn't believe I'd be able to find online, and I'm ever so thankful to have found him.

Thomas Warren has become a friend and respected counselor. In the beginning you really don’t know what to expect other than the “reviews” that we all view as sacred statements, though all his reviews are spot on and reveal his absolute value in their lives. I am a busy full time working mother of 3 and have been and still am going through stressful times. With Thomas Warren being available and sharing his schedule with me and checking in along with his valuable sessions, I have some peace through these storms. I am one that sees the glass half full and there are times when I question that and then sometimes when I hear from Thomas Warren... he has a way of reminding me that we will just keep keeping on.
Thankful for the professional friendship and clinical expertise.

Thomas has been a fantastic counselor. He had several areas of expertise that happened to fall exactly into the things I needed help with. He was great at listening to me, offering words of wisdom, and advice. He didn't just give the same "homework" many other counselors did. But instead suggested helpful tools.

Thomas Warren is a great listener he does wonderful job helping me be grounded. Teach me techniques that will benefit my life and my time. I think it is truly important for a person to be able to understand what helps “you “ are going through. I like how my story isn't compared to others. I enjoy the advice and how I can be honest with him and get positive feedback.

Thomas is dynamically skilled, genuinely caring, and thoughtfully empathetic. He has helped me set goals and boundaries while guiding me towards peace. Because of his expertise and thoughtful advice, I am playing this hand life dealt me the best way possible. I have gained openness, confidence, strength, healing, peace, perspective, and many more qualities that I had lost. I have many more good days vs bad days and have gone from coping to thriving thanks to him.
