Tia is my first therapist and she has helped me so much during our time together. She listens intently and makes me feel heard. I feel comfortable sharing with her things that I struggle with and are trying to heal from. She has a lot of knowledge and a lot of empathy. She sends me a lot of useful resources and information to help me learn about the things I'm experiencing and places I can get additional support. She has a warm smile and personality. I appreciate that she checks in on me in between sessions. Overall, Tia is a wonderful therapist. She really cares about helping me and seeing me heal and grow. So grateful for her!
