I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with 15 years of experience in mental health and counseling. I really enjoy working with people who are invested in making changes in their life. I have worked in a variety of settings and with an array of clients. Much of my experience has centered around the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, but I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and family-relationship issues. I also have experience with professional career coaching.
You might just need a little help, or you might be going through the hardest thing you've ever experienced. Wherever you're at in life, I want to help. While empathetic and gentle, my approach to therapy is quite practical and straightforward. I help to challenge my clients in their thoughts, ideas, and behaviors with the goal of facilitating real and lasting change. I believe that every person has the right to be happy and to see their dreams come true, and I am hopeful that therapy can be a tool that will help you in that journey. I want you to know I am not here to judge you or to tell you what to do; I have a deep respect for people and their individual experiences. I am here to talk with you, guide you, give perspective, and help you achieve YOUR goals. Therapy isn’t always easy, but the more you are willing to be open and honest not just with me, but with yourself, will make all the difference in what you get out of it. I may challenge you at times, but I will put into therapy as much as you do.
Please let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to working with you.
“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” C.S. Lewis

I was immediately comfortable speaking to Tiffany when we began our first session. She was both professional and warm, which helped me to feel comfortable in opening up initially and has continued. She listens actively to me and asks me questions that challenge the way I think about things in a way I haven’t had before. She has helps me ground myself and grow myself, and I look forward to our sessions.
Tiffany is fantastic. She really listens, and you can feel that in the moments where she talks because it’s always an amazing insight. She’s approachable and casual in terms of conversation style but also offering thoughtful responses.
Tiffany is a gifted therapist and offers sound advice. She guided me and helped me resolve numerous doubts and questions on my mind.
Tiffany does a great job of listening and guiding our conversations to where they need to be. She is excellent at using known research and her own experiences to relate to and drill down to potential areas of concern and tools to help improve. I am confident in taking her advice and putting in the honest effort of practicing suggested solutions that I will be able to achieve the best possible outcome.
Tiffany has been great to work with. She is exactly what I have needed to get me on track to the better me!
I am very lucky to have Tiffany as my counselor, she is so easy to talk to and very respectful and is helping get through these very difficult times!
