About me
I graduated with my Master's degree in Social Work in May 2010 from New Mexico Highland University. I have worked extensively with individuals and families whom have experienced a trauma or have a history of multiple traumatic events. My career has lent to broad experiences working with culturally diverse populations, all ages and genders, all socioeconomic status', and the LGBTQ community. My work has also included community focused social work in rural communities, inpatient mental health care, and outpatient programs.
I have worked with hundreds of women of all ages who have experienced gender-based violence including childhood sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, domestic violence, rape, sex trafficking, exploitation and sexual harassment. I have experience working with active duty military and veterans. I currently work as a counselor for the military.
I create a safe environment for survivors to heal, focusing on their innate strengths, resilience and growth.
Primary modalities and approaches include trauma informed CBT, solution focused, mindfulness, attachment-centered, strengths base and client centered.

Tiffany has been wonderful. The last 6 months have been a journey through the worst time of my life. Tiffany has been there to help break down some emotional barriers and allow me to grieve, as well as find a way to deal with the additional emotions that have come with it. She's been wonderful.
