I am a licensed profession counselor that has been providing therapy services for over 10 years. I am dedicated to assisting individuals in overcoming life's challenges and struggles, rebuilding and strengthening relationships, and experiencing deeper satisfaction in one's life.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, trauma informed, and incorporates several different therapeutic modalities to meet individual needs. I strive to develop genuine and collaborative relationships with my clients and to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where every individual feels heard and is encouraged to be themselves as they navigate through the therapeutic process.
