I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. My personal mission is to help clients manage stress in a healthy way, to offer tools to help connect the spiritual, mental and emotional bodies so you may improve your mental health & well-being and feel engaged with your own life’s purpose and passion.
My experience as a Clinical Social Worker and Crisis Counselor taught me how to remain calm in crisis and to engage my clients in a caring, thoughtful and supportive way. My focus is to draw on your unique strengths and interests. I believe in empowering and educating my clients so you feel confident in advocating for your own treatment and well-being. I draw on both my skills as a Clinical Social Worker and as a Yoga and Meditation Instructor to guide my clients to make healthier choices, break out of old patterns and develop healthy tools to cope with stress, anxiety, depression and overwhelm.
As part of the therapeutic process, we can focus solely on traditional therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or incorporate yoga and/or meditation to help you on your wellness journey. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
