Hello

I am a licensed clinical social worker working as a counselor since 2015 and in mental health since 2010. I've worked with clients who have depression, mood disorders, addictions, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and trauma.

My primary orientation is person-centered. What's important to YOU? What issues are impacting YOU the most? Whatever you decide is what we will work on. If you're not sure where to start I can help with that too. I primarily use evidence based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I consider my style to be supportive and non-judgmental. I aim to provide not only emotional support but practical suggestions as well to help you feel better.

Tina is great. She really helps guide your though process to help me become who I want to be. She does not push her own advice or experience with others on to me. Instead tries to let me come up with my own advice to take.
