I have been using this for several months now. My counselor and I just clicked right away and it has been so helpful especially during the pandemic where you can't meet with somebody face to face and it's so convenient working it into my schedule. I have made so many improvements in many many areas and I'm just thankful that I gave it a try because sometimes that's the scariest hardest part is giving something a try.

Tina has been very kind and understanding when listening to me just sort of overshare, and as someone who is used to pushing down emotions, it's really nice to feel as if someone actually wants to listen to what I have to say, as well as trying to find ways to move towards correcting negative behaviors that are inherently harmful to me. I especially appreciate how she validates my feelings on situations whenever I feel as if I'm being overdramatic. It's always nice to feel heard, and I feel like she definitely hears me.
