Tina listens compassionately and responds with nonjudgmental feedback. She has encouraged me to take the time to feel what I am feeling and helps me express what I can't on my own.

Tina offers such keen insight into my thoughts and behaviors, and she’s really focused on what I’m saying, even when I feel I’ve been a little vague or when I feel I’m not making sense. I am so grateful to have matched with her, to be working with her, and to be learning so much from her keen insights. I love her very tangible and fun analogies to put ideas into perspective.

I signed up for sessions with Better Help with no clear "big problem" but rather just this general commitment to needing to make changes in my life and thought that therapy could help. Tina was patient and encouraging as we just began talking and was able to help me identify patterns and behaviors that were consistently keeping me stuck. It did not take long for me to be in a place of awareness and having an ability to start making changes. What has taken me years of "intentionality toward becoming more self aware" on my own I was able to breakthrough in a matter of weeks with Tina. Very grateful for her compassion, her humanity, and her ability to challenge me without me putting up any defenses!

Wonderful human. Listens closely without judgement. Courageous enough to tell me the hard truths rather than the happy things I might want to hear, but it’s all done with respect and dignity.

Absolutely amazing. As my first experience with therapy this has gone above and beyond my expectations. She she helped me on the very first session, I was thinking it would take maybe 6 or 7 sessions before I would feel trust and get something out of it-- but nope. She's the best!
